Bellaflor "Bella" J. Angara-Castillo (born September 14, 1939), simply known as Bella Angara, is a member of the Philippine House of Representatives representing the lone district of Aurora.〔(Result of the May 13, 2013 Elections in the Province of Aurora )〕 She previously served three consecutive terms as governor of Aurora province from 2004 to 2013. She was the third lady governor of Aurora province. Prior to being governor, she served three consecutive terms as representative of the lone district of Aurora from 1995 to 2004. She was the first and so far the only woman in the history of the Philippine Congress to become House majority floor leader.〔(Sons and Daughters: Municipality of Baler (Aurora) )〕 ==Personal life==
She was born to the nurse couple Juan C. Angara of Baler, Tayabas (now Aurora) and Juana Javier of Marikina. She is a younger sister of former Philippine Senator Edgardo J. Angara and former Baler Mayor Arturo "Arthur" J. Angara. She is an aunt of incumbent Philippine Senator Juan Edgardo "Sonny" M. Angara, incumbent Aurora Vice Governor Rommel Rico T. Angara, and incumbent Baler Vice Mayor Karen G. Angara-Ularan. She married Atty. Gregorio R. Castillo, first placer in the 1957 Philippine Bar Examination. Out of their marriage were born four children, namely Joseph Gregson, Joy Arabelle, Jerome Patrick and Jo Elinore.
